| Refunds & Cancellations Deposits are refundable only if the customer cancels his/ her reservation at least two weeks prior to reservation date, or if the captain cancels the trip due to inclimate weather. If we are unable to fish due to weather, the customer may choose to reschedule his/her reservation providing a convenient date is available. Cancellations must be made by contacting the captain by phone (910-262-7148). Once the vessel has left port, all charter fees are final. Should the customers decide to terminate the trip early, the charter fee will not be prorated, nor will any refund be made. Refunds will be given within five business days in the same form of payment in which they were made. |
