There is $0.10/ whole fish pound thereafter. How Much Should We Tip The First Mate? -Charter prices are fuel driven. The first mate is paid a small wage, but he relies on appropriate tips. Please tip him as you would a server in a restaurant (10%-15%+). If you feel like he did a good job, please tip him well. Where Are You Located?
